Dear Parents and Carers,

Nowhere else to start this edition other than the recent highlight of the Premier's visit, alongside all the TV crews etc. It was a spectacular day and I am so very proud of how our community came together to put on a great show for him! Huge thanks to my team here and the P&C especially.

You may have noticed the demountable toilets have gone! Yay! The students are now using the new toilets in the hall. Speaking of the hall, we will take ownership on Monday. Students will have the opportunity to visit during the week, and I know Mr Bell is very keen to do some of his classes in there. Parents are welcome to join us in the hall for our term 2 Star Awards Assembly on Friday from 9am.

A reminder that we will be hosting our annual Track and Field sports day in week 10 from Monday 23 June to Wednesday 25 June. Full details are in the Track and Field article in this newsletter.

Teachers are currently immersed in finalising assessments and writing report cards. These will be sent home at the end of week 10.
